As a regulated financial institution, Catalyst appreciates the necessity of maintaining thorough and up-to-date due diligence files on key business partners. Just as important, Catalyst recognizes that transparency is critical to building and sustaining strong member relationships. The Due Diligence Report is provided to help Catalyst Corporate members monitor the corporate's safety and soundness as well as adherence to commitments in the areas of financial performance, regulatory compliance, investment activity and future plans. Catalyst will update this resource on a quarterly basis. 2013 Annual Meeting Recap
Catalyst Corporate Federal Credit Union’s annual meeting was held April 9 at the Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, California. During the meeting, Catalyst Corporate's president/CEO and board reviewed the corporate’s activities and financial performance during 2012 and outlined plans for 2013. Elections were held to fill expiring terms on Catalyst Corporate's board of directors.
