Catalyst Member Satisfaction Survey
Catalyst Corporate Federal Credit Union sent out its Annual Member Satisfaction Survey to member credit unions on Thursday, May 2, 2013.
The goal of the survey is to obtain data to support decision-making regarding the use of Catalyst resources and to benchmark for future success, according to Kathy Garner, Catalyst president and CEO.
The online survey is designed to measure satisfaction with engagement and service, provide a high-level assessment of Catalyst’s products and services, and gauge the likelihood that respondents would recommend Catalyst to other credit unions.
The recipients were asked to respond by May 17. Results will be tabulated during June, and the information gleaned will contribute to the Catalyst board's strategic planning meeting in September.
