In December 2011, Catalyst Corporate won the bid to acquire the operations of Western Bridge Corporate Federal Credit Union. The NCUA selected Catalyst Corporate due to its extensive track-record of successful consolidation, payment systems expertise and ability to deliver a smooth transition experience for Western Bridge member credit unions.

The first step of this transition process is to complete the following forms designating your credit union's TranZact system administrators. TranZact will replace WAVE, the online account management system provided to your credit union by Western Bridge. Completing the TranZact set up process is critical to ensuring that online account access will be available to your staff immediately following the migration of any product or service your credit union currently uses.

• Download TranZact maintenance form (to add additional administrators)
• Download notification letter (mailed January 23, 2012)
