Catalyst Corporate is Here For You – Wherever You Are!

In the wake of this unprecedented time in history, working remotely is quickly becoming a new way of life for people throughout the world. This may even include a large portion of your credit union’s workforce.

Over the next few months, remote services will play a critical role in protecting the health of your employees, as well as your credit union’s bottom line. Catalyst Corporate is ready to assist, wherever you might be.

According to Catalyst Corporate Vice President of Sales Karen Coble, “All of the services Catalyst Corporate offers can be implemented, supported and used remotely.”

From TranZact to training, here are a few of Catalyst Corporate’s remote capabilities that may be of assistance to you at this time:   

  • TranZact users have remote access seven days a week. In fact, they can log in from their office, home, or anywhere they happen to be! For those working remotely, access is simple and requires only minor configuration changes by a credit union administrator to support credit union risk mitigation features.
  • TranZact image access is 24 x 7. Other TranZact functionality and information is available Monday through Saturday, 5 a.m.-11 p.m. Central Time and Sunday, 8 a.m.-11 p.m. Central Time.
  • Remote training and retraining for service users is provided and can be scheduled at the credit union’s convenience. Customized interactive training sessions are available to all service users. Demonstrations for credit unions interested in new services are available via webinar.
  • General services training webinars are also available on an array of topics throughout the year. To learn more about these online training opportunities, the 2020 webinar schedule can be found under the Learning Center tab on the website.
  • Catalyst Corporate’s designated support staff are on hand and ready to assist you. To support your credit union, Member Services and Remote Deposit Services support are available from 7 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday.
