Online or Offline? The Experience Should be Seamless

Just because Neighborhood Credit Union is the oldest credit union in Dallas, Texas, doesn’t mean its services should be outdated. Neighborhood’s 56,000 members want to be able to start a transaction online and continue it – seamlessly – in the office, for example, said Neighborhood Vice President of Accounting Tirzah Huddlestun.

“Everyone is very knowledgeable,” she said, “and if they don’t know the answer, they know who has it. They get me to that person the first time, so I don’t have to get passed around. Reponses are timely, and if I request a demo, I don’t have to wait months to get it.”

In addition, Huddlestun finds Catalyst Corporate’s TranZact account management platform to be “one of the best” – user friendly and intuitive. “When we moved our imaging warehouse to TranZact, I emailed my users with instructions on how to use it. No one ever asked, ‘How do I do that again,’ or came back asking where to find an image. We definitely had that problem with our old vendor,” said Huddlestun.
