Catalyst Corporate’s Economic & Payments Forum Goes Virtual

by Catalyst Corporate | Jun 29, 2020

After four decades of providing action-oriented, bottom-line sensibilities for credit union planning, Catalyst Corporate’s Economic & Payments Forum is moving from center stage right to your desktop – or possibly your laptop.

With an abundance of caution directed toward health and safety, a decision has been made to present the 2020 Economic & Payments Forum in a virtual environment. And while insightful presentations remain the goal, this well-regarded conference will be more focused, more efficient, remote and free!

Details are still being finalized, but this much is known: The Economic & Payments Forum will feature eight timely presentations over a two-day period, Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 5-6. The presentations – by some of the nation’s leading economists and industry thought leaders – will be timely, engaging and interactive. Attendees will also be eligible to earn up to eight CPE credits.

Registration for the virtual event is now open.

Those registering by August 31 will receive a Forum Engagement Kit that includes a book authored by Amy Downs, who survived the Oklahoma City bombing 25 years ago, while working as a loan officer at  Allegiance Credit Union. Downs rose to become the current CEO of that $300 million credit union. The engagement kit will also contain details about how you can enter for a chance to win one of eight virtual reality headsets to be given out during this year’s event.
