Kathy Gensler

Kathy is responsible for ensuring that credit unions are informed about the investment and balance sheet management services available through Catalyst Strategic Solutions and Catalyst Corporate including advisory, ALM and brokerage services. Based in Los Angeles, California, she works primarily with credit unions in the western United States.
Serving credit unions for more than three decades, Kathy has acquired a diverse background in investments, portfolio management, balance sheet management, cash management and business development. Prior to accepting her current position in 2012, Kathy served as a liaison for Western Corporate Federal Credit Union to its southern California small-to-mid-market member credit unions, promoting investment, liquidity and payment services. Her tenure at WesCorp included 25 years in the investment department.
Kathy has a bachelor of science degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance, real estate and law, from California State Polytechnic University.
