Cindy Shipps, CUDE
Director – Sales Ops & Training
Cindy directs the sales operations for Catalyst Corporate payments/ correspondent services. Her responsibilities include oversight of the sales support, business development and member education processes that enable members to use Catalyst Corporate services successfully.
Prior to joining Catalyst Corporate in 2012, Cindy was the vice president of member services and support at Western Corporate Federal Credit Union, where she was responsible for the call center, membership administration, member training and product implementation. She also held positions in electronic payment services, business development and marketing.
Cindy holds the designation of Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) with the National Credit Union Foundation and has held the Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) designation from the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA). She is a member of the Western Payments Alliance (WesPay) Member Advisory Council. Cindy earned her bachelor’s degree in organizational management from the University of La Verne and is a graduate of the NACHA Payments Institute.
