Jack oversees the Member Services team at Catalyst Corporate, ensuring that member credit unions receive timely response and superior service related to Catalyst Corporate product and service inquiries. He also is responsible for collaborating across all levels of the organization to drive business improvement and member satisfaction.

Jack’s tenure as a credit union professional spans more than three decades. Prior to joining Catalyst Corporate, he served as Vice President of Retail Services for EECU in Fort Worth, Texas, from 2011-2015 and as Vice President of Branch Operations at Texans Credit Union from 1987–2011.

Jack has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with an emphasis on marketing, from Texas Tech University. He is a graduate and Award of Excellence recipient of Southwest CUNA Management School. Active in the credit union community, Jack served seven years on the Board of Directors for the Dallas Chapter of Credit Unions, including as its president, as well as on many committees for the Texas Credit Union League.
