Attention Member Credit Unions:

At approximately 11 a.m. CT on Tuesday, August 8, Catalyst Corporate became aware of a third-party actor attempting to deceive member credit unions into disclosing sensitive account information by way of a large volume email phishing attack, informing the recipient that their TranZact profile was restricted until they click a link to complete an online web form.

Please note: Catalyst Corporate will never ask you to click on an email to identify yourself, to enter a user ID or to provide password information.

Catalyst's internal security operations team is currently investigating the activity.

Although variations of this email could occur, it may appear as below with a "from" name of Len Naidoo but with an additional non-Catalyst based reply address. Please delete these emails and do not click the links in the body of the message. If possible, please notify your IT and security teams so they may adjust their security settings to attempt to block this activity.
