Catalyst Corporate’s ATM Capture is easy to use. It performs well, which we LOVE! We were already partnering with Catalyst for other payment services, so it made sense to add another. One of our favorite features is the duplicate detection. The Pending Review queue enables us to review deposited items that exceed criteria we have set, which is important for risk mitigation. It’s a simple process for us to approve and reject checks.
Implementation was seamless and the solution is reliable. Catalyst support has been helpful any time we have had questions or needed help. We would be happy to talk to or show other credit unions how the service works with our ATMs.
