Joining Catalyst Strategic Solutions in 2019, Theresa provides analysis and consultative services for clients of Catalyst Strategic Solutions' ALM and Advisory Services. She prepares quarterly risk analysis reports and presents results to credit union management, working closely with them to ensure a strong understanding of report results and how to use the information to make decisions.
Theresa brings with her more than 35 years’ experience in the financial services industry, most recently serving credit unions as Senior Manager/Director of ALM Analysis for Balance Sheet Solutions for 15 years. In that role, she was responsible for management and oversight of the net economic value/net interest income process; NII forecasts for static and budget assumptions; mortgage servicing rights assumptions; derivatives analysis; and non-maturity deposit assumptions.
Previously, Theresa honed her extensive expertise in financial modeling and risk analysis in various management roles, implementing complex asset liability systems. Those roles include AVP, Interest Rate Risk Manager at IndyMac Bank and VP, Manager of Financial Forecasting at Bay View Capital.
Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University.
