Len Naidoo, CUDE
Director – Electronic Payments
Len manages the daily operations of the ACH, card services (ATM/debit), and wire transfer departments at Catalyst Corporate. In this capacity, he is responsible for managing vendor relationships for timely and efficient service delivery and for ensuring that his team provides exceptional member service.
Before accepting his current position in 2015, Len served Catalyst Corporate for 13 years as Manager, Member Services, where he oversaw member service operations. Prior to joining Catalyst Corporate, Len managed customer service teams at Caprock Communications, Hilton Corporation and GE Financial Assurance.
Len has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of North Texas. He is certified by the National Credit Union Foundation as a Credit Union Development Educator.
