As the organization’s new Vice President of Sales, Brenden McGinness will help connect Catalyst’s members to solutions addressing key business needs.
McGinness brings more than two decades of experience working with credit unions – developing a deep understanding of their operating model and the challenges they face. He will be reporting to Greg Moore, Catalyst’s Executive Vice President of Member Relations.
“We are extremely excited to have Brenden joining our team,” said Moore. “His track record for strategic leadership, relationship development and innovation will help ensure Catalyst’s business development function is tuned to thrive.”
Most recently, McGinness was the vice president of Sales North America for BackBase, a digital engagement platform provider focused on improving customer journeys. Before that, he spent 22 years with the country’s leading payments CUSO – PSCU/Co-op Solutions – where he built sustainable connections with credit union executives across the U.S.
