Catalyst Corporate makes service training a priority, so that credit unions can maintain efficiency in operations and member service.
Periodic training, conducted by knowledgeable Catalyst Corporate employees, generally consists of one-hour webinars on subjects such as ACH, item processing, remote deposit, fraud protection and ATM/debit cards. For these sessions, the emphasis is on how to use TranZact effectively to manage the services that Catalyst Corporate provides, along with other general best practices to help credit unions gain efficiencies and ensure compliance with the latest applicable regulations.
