Martha Rocha
Manager – Research & Adjustments
Martha oversees all aspects of Catalyst Corporate's Item Processing Research and Adjustments Department, including International Services, ensuring resolution of any issues that may arise.
Martha's career in credit union item processing began in the bookkeeping department of First National Bank, Dallas, in the late 1970s, where she was responsible for handling check deposits for the institution's two credit union clients. Over the years, this "credit union department" – as well as Martha's responsibilities – continued to grow. Operations were eventually acquired by Texas Credit Union League in 1980 and then by Southwest Corporate FCU in the 1990s.
In 2001, Martha transitioned from her position as customer service group leader into the Corporate's Item Processing Research & Adjustments Department, where she has worked ever since.
Martha is certified as a National Check Professional (NCP) by the Electronic Check Clearing House Organization (ECCHO).
