Catalyst Corporate’s Economic & Payments Forum speaker line-up is packed with sessions that run the gamut of topics relevant to your business success. With 18 speakers – all under one roof – Forum 2023 will bring together strategic financial management insights, economic outlooks and the latest faster payments developments!
Some of Catalyst Corporate’s own experts will take center stage to speak on credit union-specific topics. Among Catalyst’s featured in-house speakers are:
- Vice President of Payments Strategy and Product Innovation Glenn Wheeler, who is active in numerous faster payments industry organizations, will share insights on the rapidly evolving faster payments landscape during a pre-conference bonus session – “Faster Payments Essentials” – from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Monday, September 18 (no extra charge, lunch included, registration required).
- Casey Peterson, a senior advisor for Catalyst Strategic Solutions, will share risk management tactics in his session at this year’s event.
- Catalyst Strategic Solutions’ Managing Principal Mark DeBree will provide strategies for managing liquidity in a rising rate environment.

- VP-National Account Director at Federal Reserve Financial Services Dan Gonzalez will provide an update on the FedNow® Service, its adoption and roadmap for the future.
- Geopolitical strategist Peter Zeihan, who combines an expert understanding of demography, economics, energy, politics, technology, and security will analyze the impact of global events on our marketplace.
- Department of Treasury Macroeconomist Tara Sinclair will detail her findings on the U.S. economy.

This year’s Economic & Payments Forum gives a special nod to the rapid changes facing today’s financial services industry, especially faster payments. The Forum also includes a fireside chat with Catalyst executives and, of course, plenty of networking opportunities.
